Registration forms can be found here . We encourage parents , cricketers and the young ones to be a part of this volunteer effort to teach cricket. As always camps is open to any one who wants to learn more the beautiful sport of cricket. We will be having our certified coaches running the camp this year. Please share this with your family and friends. Also we are working on holding such camps during thewinter also to keep up the interests of young ones. Beginning in summer 2002 BACA started summer cricket camp to introduce the great game of cricket to youngsters. Since then many camps have been successfully organized to and many kids have gone to play cricket at the club, regional and even national level. BACA.s networks of dedicated volunteers give our time and energy to make such events happen. In 2010 BACA, in partnership with a local City and School District kicked off cricket as an activity for their After School Youth Program in which over 90 students from diverse backgrounds. The response was TREMENDOUS by both guys and girls as they were just as excited to learn and play cricket as we are.
There are many positives of having your children involved with cricket. Not only it possibly keeps them away from getting into illegal activities when they have free time and are bored, cricket teaches them about discipline while helping them stay healthy. BACA runs youth program throughout the year. If you have a kid older than 11 and like him to learn cricket, please feel free to get him/her enrolled in our youth program.
